We started BayBlocks because owners deserve better results.
After years of managing our own Bay Area rentals — and trying nearly every PM company in the region — we kept running into the same problems: long vacancies, mediocre tenants, slow maintenance, hidden markups, and managers who were impossible to reach when something went wrong.
So we built the company we wished existed. One local team for property management, tenant placement, and buy/sell brokerage. Transparent fees with no surprises. Annual rent reviews so you never underprice a lease. And a deep respect for the tenants who actually live in our properties.
We're licensed in California (DRE) and based in the Bay Area. We only manage and broker property in the Bay Area — because doing one region well beats doing many regions poorly.
